Shipping & Return Policy for all accounts except Level 3 Volume:
Selecting standard shipping will authorize us to select Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx ground based on the best value for us to ship your order. Orders are in house an average of 2-3 days. Expedited shipping is available. Expedited orders placed Monday thru Friday by 2:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time)will leave the same day (excluding holidays). Please note if you would like Saturday delivery you must call our office and additional fees will apply. Please note when ordering oversized, light and bulky, or heavy items additional handling fees do apply. If expedited shipping is wanted on an oversized item the proper expedited handling fee must be selected when adding to the shopping cart (this needs to match the freight option selected at checkout or there will be a delay in order processing). Orders meeting the free freight are still subject to oversize handling fees. All returns must be pre-approved and could be subject to return fees. Any damages must be reported by phone to Quality Art, Inc. within 10 days of order receipt. All orders meeting free freight will be shipped by the cheapest option for Quality Art, Inc. A different shipping method can be requested but any addition cost will be passed on to the customer.

Orders $125 & Greater…….Free Freight (subject to additional handling fees)
APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international orders are not included in the standard shipping rates. For these orders please contact our office for shipping information.
At all discount levels. Unless otherwise advised, merchandise not in stock at the time of order will not be put on backorder. If you do wish an item to be placed on backorder it must meet shipping requirements and indicated at the time of original order. Backorders will not be sent prepaid. Standard freight applies. No Backorders are sent without confirmation before shipping.
School and Daycare Discounts:
Freight is deducted at invoice in Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Middleton, Star, Emmett, Mountain Home and other select areas with $150.00 order. (For questions regarding qualifications please contact our office). Orders including bulk items will be shipped free freight in the state of Idaho if $500.00 or more. All out of state orders are subject to the standard ground shipping requirements, including handling fees. Out of state truck orders may be subject to reduced freight or handling fees, please contact our office for further information.
School and DaycareBackorders:
Orders will be filled if possible with all backorders being taken care of as soon as possible. If a backorder is canceled there will be a cancelation notice sent out to both the school and district office when applicable. Back Orders are not subject to shipping cost if original order qualified for free shipping.
Customers bordering Idaho receive free freight at $600 or more (Not subject to any additional fees)
Customers in CA, CO, AZ, & NM receive free freight at $800 or more (Not subject to any additional fees)
All other level 3 volume customers receive a 5% freight allowance at $800 or more. All orders under $800 will be charged actual freight costs.
All orders meeting free shipping will be shipped by the cheapest option for Quality Art, Inc. A different shipping method can be requested but any additional cost will be passed on to the customer.
Orders are in house on average of 2-3 days and all damages must be reported by phone to Quality Art, Inc. with 10 days of order receipt.

(Please note if orders are placed on the web for volume accounts an estimated freight charge not including applicable freight discounts will be temporarily added. This temporary charge will be replaced with actual freight and any discounts applied at final invoice once shipped.)
Damages or Shortages:
Please make all claims or shortages within 10 days of receipt of shipment. This will enable us to correct the situation in a minimum amount of time. Replacements must meet shipping requirements or credit will be issued. All damage claims must be made to Quality Art Inc within 10 days to receive any compensation.
Quality Art Inc is not responsible for typographical errors or computer software glitches.
Colors may vary due to screen color settings.
Frame molding and embossing may vary slightly, due to different manufacturers.
All sale items are limited to stock on hand and cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Some items when ordered bulk may be subject to oversize fees (not generated by website). No additional fees will be charged without prior notification.
Website pricing may be different than instore. Call for retail store pricing or order for curbside pickup to get online prices.
