Our warehouse and retail store are the same location so our site cannot track inventory. Items we carry will all be listed on the website but this is not a guarantee they are in-stock. If you need to verify we have an item in stock please call our office. We try to update items we do know to be out of stock regularly.
PICK-UP ORDERS COULD TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS TO BE READY. CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL WHEN THEIR ORDER IS READY TO BE PICKED UP. If at any time you need it sooner please note in the special instructions and we will do our best to have it ready. If we are extremely busy you may have to wait while they finish preparing your order if not given a 24 hour notice.
Damages/Shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt.
SCHOOL, DAYCARE AND WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS SEE SHIPPING PAGE FOR ANY FEES WAVED AT INVOICE OR SPECIAL FREIGHT POLICY THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
Out of stock items will not be placed on backorder unless requested. Backorders are treated as new orders in regards to shipping.
APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto will be charged an additional fee at final invoice. Contact our office for more information. Standard rates applied by this site are not actual costs for these addresses .
International orders please contact our office. Freight charges on this site do not apply.
