Grumbacher Pre-tested Professional Oil Paint, Phthalo Blue, is made with pure pigments milled in alkali-refined linseed oil. Phthalo Blue is one of Grumbacher’s most favored colors. This oil paint is a deep beautiful cyan with a green undertone. Phthalo Blue is a high chroma and tinting strength makes it close to a Spectrum Blue for mixing with complimentary colors.
